You will need to select members of staff at your organisation to become accredited trainers who can then deliver your accredited training. The Advantage team will look at their qualifications and professional experience to determine whether they are suitable candidates. We consider their ability to teach and their subject knowledge.

Ability to Teach

Trainers require skills in presenting information and facilitating learning. We will request evidence of a trainer's ability to teach, such as qualifications and experience. If you cannot provide this evidence, you may need to book a Train the Trainer course.

Subject Knowledge

Trainers must have the appropriate knowledge in order to teach their chosen subject. If you cannot provide evidence of formal qualifications, we may be able to consider a trainer to be occupationally competent. This means their professional role requires them to have the right skills and knowledge in order to train others.

Train the Trainer

Advantage Accreditation offers Train the Trainer programmes. These are available to anyone, not only our accredited centres. Our programmes include Presentation Skills and Subject Knowledge modules for selected topics.
