Dedicated dementia and mental health care,
provided by a skilled, established team. Stonebridge supports adults (18 yrs +) living with moderate to severe dementia and/or enduring mental illness; we specialise in caring for those who express their frustration, anger, pain or boredom through risk behaviours, more usually labelled as “challenging” or “aggressive”.

Our approach, training and staffing levels mean that we can be more effective at recognising triggers ; earlier interventions reduce the risk of harm and we often see much more evidence of well-being.
